S.P.A.R. is a program for youth ages 10-12 facilitated by Community Services and Chilliwack Restorative Justice and Youth Advocacy. The program consists of restorative approach diaglogues and conversations on a variety of topics as well as a recreation component. The program will run August 8 -13, at Central Elementary.
