Friday afternoons, 3:30 – 5 pm beginning January 13 at Studio B Yoga. Be Chill is a program incorporating Yoga foundations and values combined with life skills education, workshops and fun activities; designed to engage and empower Chilliwack Youth to lead a balanced, mindful and healthy lifestyle.  In this program, we will focus on Yoga Values as well as Restorative Justice Values; Balance, Community, Honesty, Integrity, Lifestyle and Learning.
