The Couple Communication program is a well-researched model for enhancing relationships. Although much of it is basic for human service providers, it isn’t so easy when it involves close relationships. The model for this first of the BHR Couples Courses, is to review a skill, then practice the skill assisted by an MA level intern. This keeps the focus on skill acquisition. Over the years, couples who have taken the course have spoken of how helpful it was as a refresher for their relationship, but also how it improved their skills as parents and co-workers. The course is being offered Friday night Feb 9th 7 – 9 and Saturday February 10th 9 am to 3 pm. This is the first in a series of 3 course offered by BHR.
