Better Beginnings

Free Prenatal Support program including a postpartum component. Education and support focusing on prenatal nutrition from pregnancy through to six months after birth. For pregnant and new mothers, of all ages, including those in high-risk situations. Participants enjoy healthy meals, interesting education sessions, meeting other pregnant women, free prenatal vitamins, breastfeeding support and more.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters

Mentors are role models who spend time with a young person. They are matched with children and teens in the community or schools for the purpose of building a supportive friendship.
