Reporting directly to the General Manager of YMCA Child Care, the Manager will provide leadership, guidance and ongoing support to staff and volunteers in the Early Years and Middle Childhood programs situated in Chilliwack. The Manager will directly oversee the operations of multiple programs and work with other YMCA branches to ensure the delivery of quality programs that contribute to individual, family, and community well-being.
