Dr. Lori Haskell is a clinical psychologist, assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Toronto & academic research associate with the Centre for Research on Violence Against Women & Children. She has written a book titled First Stage Trauma Treatment: A Guide for Therapists. Lori’s presentation will include how we respond to domestic violence incidents by using real-life examples & easy to understand language, and by providing “aha” moments to help us in our everyday challenges on the job.
