Joy Health and Research Centre will be hosting monthly presentations on mental health for all those interested. Invited guest speakers including medical professionals will be present for specific topics.

This presentation will help participants understand the link between anxiety and depression. Practical and effective intervention strategies will also be discussed. Families and individuals will learn how to make positive changes that are reflective of their emotional, spiritual, physical, cognitive and social lives. Come and equip yourself on how to prevent the interpersonal dynamics that perpetuate anxiety and maintain depression.
